Your Role

The Account Manager EAME is responsible for supporting and independently driving selective regional projects and initiatives for Global Ice Cream & Beverage Key Accounts across the EAME region.

  • Manage and support regional customer projects and initiatives within Ice Cream & Beverage.
  • Coordinate projects using CX in collaboration with internal technical and project teams in different locations.
  • Support the Key Account strategy and contribute to business growth, profitability and protecting existing business.
  • Independently manage customer projects and customer visits under the leadership of the Global Account Director.
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison between Sales, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Support administrative, analytical, and reporting activities (e.g. pricing).
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, ethics, and Symrise governance standards.

About You

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar (or equivalent commercial training).
  • 2-3 years' experience in a multinational environment, ideally in Sales, Category and/or Key Account Management.
  • Fluent English; German is desirable. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CX, and EIS.
  • Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with multicultural teams is essential.
  • You are highly motivated, a business driver, extremely mobile and a Teamplayer.
